Terms of service

Last updated: September 3, 2026

Roblox disclaimer. Jitscape is an independent platform. We are not affiliated with, associated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected with Roblox Corporation, or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. “Roblox” and “Robux” are trademarks of Roblox Corporation.

1. What Jitscape is

Jitscape is an offerwall advertising network for Roblox games. Advertisers (game developers) pay for verified in-game actions by new players; publishers (reward sites) embed the Jitscape offerwall and earn a share of each verified conversion. These terms govern every account and every use of the platform, the offerwall, the API, and the JitscapeSDK.

2. No affiliation with Roblox

Jitscape is not affiliated with, associated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected with Roblox Corporation. We do not represent Roblox, and Roblox does not represent us. You remain solely responsible for your own compliance with the Roblox Terms of Use and Community Standards in anything you build, run, or promote.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secret, and be legally able to enter contracts in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for everything done under your account. One person or entity may not hold multiple accounts to evade limits, reviews, or bans. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion, including for fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.

4. Advertisers

You may only register games you own or are authorized to represent. Campaign budgets are prepaid: conversions are charged against your balance at the price you set per objective, inside hard daily and total caps. Charges apply only to conversions that pass verification; fraud-rejected events are never charged. Deposits are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise; unspent balance remains available to your campaigns. You are responsible for the content of your campaigns and for your game's compliance with all applicable rules.

5. Publishers

You may only embed the offerwall on sites you own or operate, and you must not present it in a misleading way. You are responsible for crediting your own users for rewards your site advertises. Earnings accrue per verified conversion; withdrawals are paid in USDT to the address you provide, above the stated minimum, after operator review. Attempting to generate conversions yourself, incentivizing fraudulent completions, or manipulating attribution forfeits the affected earnings and may terminate the account.

6. Prohibited conduct

No fraud of any kind: fake or automated conversions, self-dealing, attribution manipulation, signature forgery, or probing the verification systems. No reselling platform access, scraping, reverse-engineering paid mechanics, or interfering with the service. No use of the platform for anything unlawful, deceptive, or harmful to minors.

7. Money

All internal accounting is in USD. Deposits and withdrawals settle in cryptocurrency (USDT) at a fixed 1 USDT = $1.00 platform peg; network and provider fees are borne by the sender. Display currencies on the offerwall (including Robux-denominated or publisher-defined currencies) are presentational only and create no obligation denominated in those units. We may withhold or reverse amounts connected to fraud, chargebacks, or legal requirements.

8. The SDK and API

The JitscapeSDK is provided as readable source for use inside your own Roblox game solely to integrate with Jitscape. API keys and HMAC secrets are confidential credentials — you are responsible for keeping them server-side and rotating them if exposed.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jitscape's aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid to (or earned from) the platform in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the actions of advertisers, publishers, or end users.

10. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the dashboard and continued use is acceptance. You may close your account at any time; accrued obligations (including pending payouts and fraud reviews) survive closure.

11. Contact
