Privacy policy

Last updated: September 3, 2026

Roblox disclaimer. Jitscape is an independent platform. We are not affiliated with, associated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected with Roblox Corporation, or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. “Roblox” and “Robux” are trademarks of Roblox Corporation.

1. Who we are

Jitscape operates an offerwall advertising network for Roblox games. This policy covers the platform dashboards, the embeddable offerwall, the API, and the JitscapeSDK. Jitscape is not affiliated with Roblox Corporation; anything you do inside Roblox itself is governed by Roblox's own privacy policy.

2. What we collect

Account holders (advertisers, publishers): email, password hash, role, balances and a full money ledger, campaign/placement configuration, API credentials (hashed or encrypted), and payout addresses (encrypted).

Offerwall users: the user id the embedding site assigns you (we never learn who you are on that site), the Roblox username you submit — which we resolve to your public numeric Roblox UserId for verification — plus the technical context of a click (IP address, user agent, timestamps). We never see Roblox passwords and never ask for them.

Game telemetry: the JitscapeSDK reports only the campaign id, an objective slug, the player's numeric Roblox UserId, and a timestamp. No chat, no usernames, no analytics.

3. Why we collect it

To verify conversions and prevent fraud (the core of the service), to move money correctly and keep an auditable ledger, to notify publishers of conversions via signed postbacks, to investigate reports and support tickets, and to meet legal obligations.

4. Sharing

Publishers receive conversion notifications naming their own user id and the amount earned — never your Roblox identity. Advertisers see aggregate campaign stats. We use infrastructure processors (database, cache, payment provider, public Roblox APIs for username resolution) bound to their own terms. We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention

Money records (ledger, conversions, deposits, withdrawals) are kept for the life of the platform for audit integrity. Click records and delivery logs are kept as long as needed for fraud analysis and dispute resolution. Closed accounts are archived, not erased, where money history references them; everything else is deleted on request where the law allows.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal data, and to object to processing. Exercise them by opening a support ticket from your dashboard; offerwall users can use the report tool inside the wall.

7. Security

Secrets are hashed or encrypted at rest, money moves only inside database transactions with an append-only ledger, and every cross-system message is HMAC-signed. No system is perfectly secure — report suspected issues immediately via a support ticket.

8. Changes and contact

Material changes to this policy are announced in the dashboard. Data requests (access, correction, deletion) and any privacy question: email hello@jitscape.com or support@jitscape.com. See also the terms of service.
